Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returnable Items: To qualify for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in its original packaging.
    • In the same condition as when you received it.
    • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Made-to-order or personalized items.
    • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale.
    • Digital products (e.g., PDFs).

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Send us an email within 14 days of receipt to request a return. Include your order number and details about the reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item Back:
    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.
    • Use a traceable shipping method to ensure the item is returned to us safely.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be issued to you as store credit.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed.

Made-to-Order Items

Misprinted or Defective Items

If your item has a misprint, production defect, or does not match your order (e.g., wrong color or style), contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the issue, and once approved, we’ll issue a store credit refund for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Order Cancellations

Once you place an order for a made-to-order item, production begins right away, so we’re unable to accommodate cancellations.

Shipping Damage

We do our best to ensure safe delivery, but shipping damage can happen. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
